All food products sold on this Site are specialty foods intended for human consumption. Products are manufactured in a facility that may process wheat, milk, soy, and other allergens. Please review ingredient and allergen information carefully before purchasing.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely through our payment processors.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases require an approved wholesale account. Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved retailers and is not available for resale without prior authorization. By placing a wholesale order, you represent that you are an authorized wholesale customer and that your account is in good standing.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to physical addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on food items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at hello@localmadegoods.com with photos of the issue and we will work to make it right.
